in an effect to clean up ^_^ accounts that have not been used (no files uploaded + no bandwidth used after 3 months) are being culled (DELETED <_<).

misc updates
updated the BBS theme and created a new banner
the starting page for a new account has been updated to fit in with the new theme

the new styles tracking on updates should also be fixed.
redirect is in place to move all calls directly to the domain right onto the BBS system (yays)
